Examination

Attendance

It is most important criteria for eligibility of student to appear in course examination. It is vital component of BCSA academics. A student has to attain aggregate attendance of minimum 80% for appearing in the course examination (for each monthly, yearly & semester course).

A relaxation of 10% in lieu of medical leaves is given to students, so in such cases the attendance requirement is lowered down to 70%. If aggregate attendance is below 60% then the student shall not be allowed to appear in examination (for each monthly, yearly & semester course).

Lectures attended by students add to his/her understanding of the subject. Students’ appearance in examination is BCSA's decision. For genuine cases, relief of attendance can be provided depending on situation and decision of the management.

Countinous Assesment

BCSA education pattern includes continuous assessment of student throughout their course duration. This helps them in evaluating their performance before final examination as well as increasing their knowledge about the subject.

Our assessment gives students an idea of examination pattern. Under this practice, a student is asked to prepare and submit lab works, projects, and term papers, home works followed by tests, design problems or case studies. The components of these assessments vary with the nature of the course.

Term-End Examination

Student has to appear in Term-End Examination at their respective Study Center after successfully completion of the course. Minimum passing marks is 50 for each subject to clear the Term-End Examination.
